For regular pasta: Durum wheat semolina. For Spinach Fettuccine: Durum wheat semolina, spinach powder (1%).
Preparation Instructions
Cooking Method Cooking Instructions Use 1 litre of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt (or to taste) for every 100g of pasta. Bring water to the boil in a large pot, add pasta and salt. When the pasta is cooked 'al dente', drain well and serve with sauce. Pasta to water ratio 100g pasta/ 1 litre water/ 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste). Use 2.5kg pasta per 25 litre pot. Instructions for pre-cooked pasta Cook the pasta as per pre cooked pasta times below. Drain then rinse immediately under cold water. Add a dash of oil, toss then refrigerate covered.
